Jacqueline recently completed several MBA courses and is implementing Lean management tools at the Pizza Pazza Takeout Facility. As part of her initiative, she developed a real-time operations dashboard to monitor throughput, WIP, lead time, OTIF, and quality-at-source issues:
Jean agrees with the operational metrics but is concerned about system responsiveness. During peak hours, managers need real-time visibility, and even small delays may reduce usability.
Jacqueline therefore launched an updated version of the dashboard, claiming it improves load performance:
