Experiment Description
Jacqueline recently completed several MBA courses and is implementing Lean management tools at the Pizza Pazza Takeout Facility. As part of her initiative, she developed a real-time operations dashboard to monitor the facility’s performance:
Jean agrees with the operational metrics but is concerned about the dashboard responsiveness. During peak hours, they need real-time visibility, so even small delays can reduce the usability of the dashboard.
Jacqueline therefore launched an improved version of the dashboard, claiming it reduces the load time considerably:
